PAF hospitals provide health facilities to uniformed and civilian personnel

It has state-of-the-art infrastruture, equipment, doctors, health care staff, and facilities. It also has the most modern and aesthetically pleasing decor. It is equipped with the latest electro-medical equipment in all specialities. Hospital has a range of deparmtnets (e.g. surgery and urgent care) and specialist units such as cardiology. Hosptal has out patient department and some have chronic treatment units. Common support units include pharmacy, pathology, radiology, anesthesiology, OPDs, Neonatalogy, Paedratics surgery, Obstetrics, Gynecology Department and other allied facilities.

The façade of the building is unique in desing having brick colomn character all around the building providing shade for the windows for controlling the temperature of the building and enahcing the beautification of the façade. Design of appropriate building façade plays a very important role for healing in helthcare projects. The façade protects the people occupying the building and plays a major role in regulating the indoor envoirment.

Abbasy & Associates in honored to design and execute successfully completed project in Asia’s biggest children Eye Hospital in Rawalpindi which is landmark hospital.

The project with an investment of Rs. One billion has the capacity to cater to 500 OPDs per day and conduct 50 complicated surgeries in a day.While desinging the hospitals’s multiple entries & floor level are created according to the natural level of the plot i.e. having administrative office in the basement provided with special rear side entrance, OPDs entrance is provided on the lower ground which is at the front of the road. Main hospital complex entrance is designed on the upper ground floor which is on the right side of the building. Reasonable large OPDs 8 halls are designed in the building, with wide corridors, separate entrances for the patients, the doctors and including staff are created. Each floor is given different colour scheme décor so that the patient can recognise tht floors through each floor’s colour scheme. A huge exhibtion hall and auditorium is design having capacity of 300 peoples.

It is certainly the most visible building what I have called the “new paradigm” in Architecture and most profound hospital building.

Divisional Headquarters Teaching Hospital Mirpur is the largest hospital in Mirpur. Abbasy & Associate won the competition all around the Pakistan's Architects and has got the honored of designing 750 bedded DHQ hospital

750 Bedded DHQ Hospital is located on the Mirpur Allama Iqbal road and the top link road is about 60’ to 70’.The hospital complex is desinged in such a way to demolish the existing function hospital with having scattered buildings. Therefore, new biulding is designed in 4 wings. The Hospital would have 17 OPDs.

In the design each portion of hospital has been placed in such a way that there is no coross traffic. Design is base on paw like conect. A façade of a hospial building is more than just show, It contributes to healing of the patients and has a great impact on their well-being too. The hospital has been split into two main fuctions i.e General section and Female & children section.In fact, both the sections have been designed as independent but still share some of services like OT, X-ray, and Labs etc. and other allied facilities.
